How to Manage Your Tickets

All tickets for Seattle Sounders FC games at Lumen Field are digital and can be accessed via a mobile device.

Mobile tickets for Season Ticket Members are accessible via Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store. They are also available on your phone’s web browser through Sounders FC Account Manager. Single-match buyers are able to access their tickets through their Ticketmaster account or via the Sounders FC mobile app.

Sounders FC is partnered with Ticketmaster to unite under one ticketing platform at Lumen Field.

ACCOUNT SETUP

First things first. The easiest way to manage, resell, transfer, return, upgrade, and donate tickets is through the Sounders FC App.

Access Tickets

  1. Open the Sounders FC app. If you have not created a profile, click Continue.
  2. Click Create a Profile.
  3. Fill out your App Profile using the name and email address associated with your Sounders FC account.
  4. Next, click on the Tickets icon in the bottom bar.
  5. Click "Manage Your Tickets."
  6. Sign in to Seattle Sounders (click Continue if it asks you to use Ticketmaster.com).
  7. If you receive an error saying, "We can't find an account with this email address. Please try a different email." - select "Back to Sign in" and then click "Sign Up" at top of screen to continue.
  8. Once logged in, you'll see all upcoming events listed.
  9. Select the event for which you'd like to manage tickets for.
  10. Your barcode for scanning into matches will be displayed here. Please note that screenshots of the barcode will not work to get you into a match.

Transfer Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can transfer your tickets.

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to transfer your ticket(s) and click "Transfer".
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to transfer from that specific match to another party.
  3. Next, you will need to add recipient of the ticket(s).
  4. Ensure their email has been typed correctly and continue entering the recipients information.
  5. Once complete click “Transfer”.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your transfers have been sent and another once your transferred ticket(s) have been accepted.

Receive Transferred Tickets

Has someone transferred a match ticket to you? Here's what steps you need to take to accept tickets.

Via Sounders FC App

  1. Open the Sounders FC App.
  2. Click "Manage Your Tickets."
  3. You will see a notification at the top of your events. Click "Accept." 

Via Email

  1. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from Ticketmaster.
  2. You'll be prompted to "Accept Tickets" via the email.
  3. Note: The email itself is not your ticket.
  4. Next, you will be directed to log-in to your Seattle Sounders FC account or create one if you don’t have one already.
  5. After logging in your ticket(s) will be added to your account and you can view the barcode to scan into the match by clicking the seat location at the bottom of the page (you can also add to your mobile wallet if you prefer - see instructions below for the how-to).
  6. Once you've accepted the tickets, the person who made the transfer will receive a confirmation email notifying them that the transfer has been successful.

Return Tickets

Once you've completed the steps to access your tickets, here's how you can return your tickets through our Return Ticket Program.

For iPhone users:

Please make sure you are signed into Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app.

  1. Open the ticket for the match you want to return in the SFC app.
  2. Click "More Ticket Actions" at the bottom.
  3. Select "Return."
  4. Select the seats you would like to return, then hit "Continue."
  5. Click “Return for Ticket Return Credit" and hit "Continue."

For Android and other non-iPhone users:

Please make sure that you are logged in to Account Manager via Desktop or a Mobile web browser.

  1. Go to the "My Events" tab.
  2. Click "Select Event" for the match you want to return.
  3. Click “MORE” and select “RETURN."
  4. Select which seats you would like to return then hit "Continue."
  5. Click “Return for Ticket Return Credit" Review and click "Submit."

Resell Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can resell your tickets.

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to sell your ticket(s) and click "Sell."
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to sell from that specific match to another party.
  3. Create Your Seller Profile if you haven't already.
  4. Type in the price you want to set.
  5. Choose Payout Method.
  6. Enter how you’d like to receive your payout. Once confirmed the information listed is correct, click List Tickets.
  7. You will receive an email with additional instructions once your listing has sold.

Upgrade Tickets

For iPhone users:

Please make sure you are signed into Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app.

  1. Click "More Ticket Actions" at the bottom.
  2. Next, click "Seat Upgrade."
  3. Select the seats you would like to upgrade, then hit "Continue."
  4. Select Event for the match you are trying to upgrade for.
  5. Within the virtual stadium map, select your seats.
  6. Continue to the Shopping Cart and complete the upgrade.

For Android and other non-iPhone users:

  1. Please make sure that you are logged in to Account Manager via Desktop or a Mobile web browser.
  2. Go to the "My Events" tab. 
  3. Click "Select Event" for the match you want to upgrade. 
  4. Click “MORE” and select “SEAT UPGRADE." 
  5. Select which seats you would like to upgrade then hit "Continue." 
  6. Select the match again by clicking "Select Event."
  7. Select your new seats and checkout.

Donate Tickets

Keep in mind: The cutoff to donate tickets is 72 before a match. This allows the RAVE Foundation time to distribute tickets to the recipient.

For iPhone users:

Please make sure you are signed into Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app.

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to donate your ticket(s) and click "More Ticket Actions."
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to donate from that specific match to another party.
  3. Under Select your Charity, choose "RAVE Foundation" in drop down menu, then click Continue.
  4. Confirm donation.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your donated tickets have been sent and another once your donated ticket(s) have been accepted.

For Android and other non-iPhone users:

Please make sure that you are logged in to Account Manager via Desktop or a Mobile web browser.

  1. Go to the "My Events" tab. 
  2. Click "Select Event" for the match you want to donate. 
  3. Click “MORE” and select “DONATE." 
  4. Select which seats you would like to donate then hit "Continue." 
  5. Select RAVE Foundation as your charity.
  6. Click Confirm to donate.

Add Tickets to my E-wallet

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can add tickets to your E-wallet.

  1. Select the event that you would like to add to your mobile device's E-wallet.
  2. You'll be prompted to select All Seats or Add Just This Ticket. Select all the seats that you would like to add to your E-wallet
  3. Click "Add."
  4. Keep in mind: When viewing tickets in your E-wallet, no barcode will be displayed and instead you will hold your mobile device up to the machine reader at the gate.

Accessible Seating

Lumen Field provides accessible and wheelchair convertible seats located throughout the stadium in a variety of price levels and viewpoints. These seats are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single match basis.
