Erin Vagley
Senior Vice President of People & Culture
Erin Vagley enters her 11th season with Sounders FC in 2024. As Senior Vice President of People & Culture, Vagley leads Sounders FC’s people and culture strategy and is responsible for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employment law and compliance, and the club’s business office. Vagley is also a member of the club’s executive team.
Previously, she spent time with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) as a Senior HR Generalist. She is also an attorney who, prior to working for NRECA, spent 10 years representing clients with the law firm Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington D.C. and New York. Born and raised in McLean, Virginia, she is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Vagley currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Seattle University’s Sports and Entertainment MBA Program.
