Cristian Roldan is returning to Seattle and Clint Dempsey is reuniting with the U.S. Men's National Team ahead of their Gold Cup quarterfinal match on Wednesday night.

U.S. Soccer Head Coach Bruce Arena made six changes to the USMNT roster highlighted by the return of Dempsey, the USMNT's 2nd all-time leading goalscorer. Joining the Texas native in the Red, White, and Blue are midfielders Michael Bradley and Darlington Nagbe, forward Jozy Altidore, and goalkeepers Tim Howard and Jesse Gonzalez.

Returning to their respective club teams are Roldan, midfielders Alejandro Bedoya and Kelyn Rowe, goalkeepers Sean Johnson and Brad Guzan, and forward Dom Dwyer.

During the 2017 Gold Cup group stage, Roldan received his first USMNT cap, playing 90 minutes in the United States' 3-2 win over Martinique.

Dempsey joins the USMNT on the cusp of making national team history. One goal will see him tie Landon Donovan as the country's all-time leading scorer and two will move him into sole possession in that category.

With a 2-0-1 record, the US finished top of Group B - above Panama on the goals-scored tiebreak -  and will face a third-place team from either Group A or Group C.
