WHERE TO WATCH: The match will be available to watch on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

WHERE TO LISTEN: The match will air on 950 KJR AM and El Rey 1360AM.

2025 RECORDS AND STANDINGS: Sounders: 1-3-3 (6 points, 12th West), Dallas: 3-2-2 (11 points, 6th West)

FORM GUIDE (all competitions, most recent first): Seattle: LDDLL, Dallas: DWWLL

PREVIOUS MEETING: The Sounders defeated FC Dallas 3-2 at Lumen Field on June 22, 2024. Dallas held a late 2-0 lead behind second-half goals from Patrickson Delgado and Petar Musa, but a 78th-minute goal from Raúl Ruidíaz and a brace from Jordan Morris in the 88th and fourth minute of stoppage time stole all three points for Seattle.

ROAD TRIP CONCLUDES: Seattle will play its third straight match away from home this weekend before returning to Lumen Field on April 19.

INJURY CONCERNS: With Paul Arriola out for the season (knee) and Morris still questionable (hamstring), the Sounders were dealt two more blows last weekend against San Diego with injuries to Alex Roldan (quad) and Albert Rusnák (adductor). Head Coach Brian Schmetzer did not rule Roldan or Rusnák out for this weekend against Dallas as of Tuesday, but their statuses are very much up in the air.

JESÚS COMES HOME: FC Dallas Homegrown Jesús Ferreira will return to Frisco for the first time since the Sounders acquired the 24-year-old striker this past offseason. The son of Dallas legend David Ferreira, Jesús scored 53 goals and added 34 assists in his eight seasons with the Texans.

NEW MAN IN CHARGE: Dallas appointed Eric Quill as its new manager this past offseason. Quill, who joined from the USL Championship’s New Mexico United, was the former head coach of FC Dallas’ USL League One affiliate North Texas SC from 2019-21.

BLOCKBUSTER ACQUISITION: FC Dallas made waves ahead of this season by acquiring attacker Lucho Acosta for up to $6M in a cash-for-player trade with FC Cincinnati. The 30-year-old Argentine is a four-time MLS Best XI selection and was the 2023 MLS Most Valuable Player. He totaled 72 goals and 97 assists in 251 matches with D.C. United and FC Cincinnati, and he already has three goals in seven matches in Dallas.

PLAYER TO WATCH: Petar Musa, F

Musa is the other big-money player on this team — Dallas acquired the Croatian international for up to $13M from Portuguese giants Benfica last year — and has so far lived up to his Designated Player tag. The 27-year-old already has 19 goals and six assists in just under 3,000 total minutes across 37 matches with Dallas.
