The Seattle Sounders rode into BMO Field on Saturday and snatched a point from home side Toronto FC thanks to a goal from forward Jordan Morris.
Morris received a long ball from defender Joevin Jones, cut back across the box, sending two Toronto defenders the wrong way and curled a strike into the far post netting for the equalizer.
It was Morris’ sixth of the year and is up for the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week, Morris' third nomination this season. The goal will face off against Graham Zusi’s left-footed laser in Sporting KC’s 3-2 victory in bracket-style voting.
