Clint Dempsey enters Gold Cup Final in 55th minute

UPDATE: Clint Dempsey enters the 2017 Gold Cup Final for the U.S. men's national team in the 55th minute of a 1-1 score against Jamaica. One goal will see Dempsey pass Landon Donovan and become the all-time leading goalscorer in U.S. Soccer history. 



Jordan Morris is in Bruce Arena's U.S. men's national team Starting XI for tonight's Gold Cup Final vs. Jamaica (6:30 p.m. PT; FS1), while Oniel Fisher is starting for the Reggae Boyz. 


Clint Dempsey, fresh off tying the U.S. men's national team goalscoring record at 57 last Saturday night, is on the U.S. bench. If Dempsey enters the match he will have the opportunity to break Landon Donovan's USMNT all-time scoring record.
