- Homegrown Player Cody Baker gets the nod at right back in place of Alex Roldan, who misses the match due to international duty with El Salvador. This marks the fifth MLS start for the 19-year-old Issaquah, Wash. native.
- Obed Vargas earns his second consecutive start in midfield alongside João Paulo, with Albert Rusnák retaining his place as a central attacking midfielder.
- Nicolás Lodeiro returns to the starting lineup after missing the last match with an adductor strain. The Uruguayan playmaker lines up on the right flank with Cristian Roldan away on international duty with the United States.
