LINEUP NOTES:
- Coach Schmetzer is deploying a 4-2-3-1 formation with one change from Saturday’s match vs. Sporting Kansas City, as Fredy Montero replaces Will Bruin.
- Will Bruin and Josh Atencio are both out tonight (Health & Safety Protocols), joining Xavier Arreaga (left hamstring strain), Obed Vargas (lower back stress fracture) RaĂºl RuidĂaz (left hamstring strain) and JoĂ£o Paulo (right ACL tear) on the injury report.
- This marks the final match of a five-game stretch at Lumen Field for Sounders FC. The club is unbeaten in its first four matches of the homestand, outscoring teams 10-2. Following a road match in Toronto on Saturday, Brian Schmetzer’s side returns home to host the Portland Timbers next Sunday, July 9.
