Major League Soccer today announced its top 25 best-selling adidas jerseys list for the second half of the 2023 regular season, with the Rave Green leading all MLS clubs with three players in the top 10: Jordan Morris (sixth), Raúl RuidÃaz (seventh) and Cristian Roldan (10th). Inter Miami CF and St. Louis CITY SC also placed three players apiece within the top 25. The rankings are based on overall retails sales of adidas MLS jerseys on MLSstore.com.
The Rave Green also led the league with the highest number of players on the best-selling list earlier this year, with 2023 marking the first year in which the league has released two lists within a season.
Morris marks his seventh appearance on the top-seller list and has never ranked outside the top 10 in any year in which he has appeared, finishing fourth in 2016, 2017 and 2020, seventh in 2019, ninth in 2022, fifth in early 2023 and sixth in late 2023.Â
RuidÃaz’s placement marks his fifth consecutive appearance, having ranked eighth in 2020, second in 2021, sixth in 2022 and 21st on the early 2023 list before jumping to seventh in the second half of 2023.
Roldan makes his eighth consecutive appearance on the jersey sales list. The midfielder finished 22nd in 2017 and 2018, 12th in 2019 and early 2023, 24th in 2020, sixth in 2021 and 14th in 2022. Today’s ranking marks his first appearance within the top 10 bestsellers. Â
Sounders FC currently sits in third place in the Western Conference as the club enters the final stretch of the 2023 regular season. The Rave Green are on the road this Saturday evening taking on Nashville SC (5:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM) before returning home for crucial conference matches against the LA Galaxy and Vancouver Whitecaps FC on October 4 and October 7, respectively.
