Seattle (2016): In his second professional season, Fisher made two starts in six league appearances. He slotted in the Starting XI for the season opener against Sporting KC, but was dismissed with a red-card ejection in the 41st minute (March 6). Fisher recorded his first career assist in a 5-0 win over first-place FC Dallas, which was the largest margin of victory in club history (July 13). He also made three reserve appearances during the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs.
Seattle (2015): By the end of summer, Fisher emerged as a primary option at left-back during his rookie campaign. Fisher made his MLS debut in four minutes of action in a scoreless draw against FC Dallas (March 28). He then went on to play the full 90 minutes in nine of his remaining 11 league appearances. Fisher started in two postseason matches, totaling 178 minutes.
Fisher spent two seasons at the University of New Mexico, where he started 34 of 39 appearances and recorded four goals – all game-winners – and three assists. He started 16 of his 17 appearances as a senior, scoring three goals and assisting on another. As a junior, Fisher was part of a New Mexico backline that recorded 11 shutouts. As a junior, he was part of a Lobo squad that advanced to the National Semifinals of the NCAA Tournament, finishing 14-6-2 and recording 11 shutouts. He netted the game-winner in New Mexico's 2-0 Sweet 16 win over Penn State, then assisted the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Washington in the Elite Eight. Prior to his time at New Mexico, Fisher played two years of Junior College soccer at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. He was named NSCAA Junior College First Team All-American and NSCAA Junior College First Team All-West Region as a sophomore, helping the team to the NJCAA National Championship. As a freshman, he scored five times in just six appearances as the team finished third in the NJCAA national tournament.
In January 2017, Fisher received a call-up by the Reggae Boyz ahead of an international friendly against the United States. Fisher became the first University of New Mexico recruit to make a country’s senior national team when he earned a cap with the Jamaican National Team against Trinidad and Tobago in 2010. Prior to earning his full cap, he made five appearances for the Jamaica U-20 squad.
