What is Fan Fest?

Sounders Fan Fest is the opportunity for Sounders season ticket holders of all ages to interact with players, participate in soccer activities on our newly built pitches and hear from the Alliance Council and Sounders Club executives during the Annual Business Meeting. Tickets are free for Sounders season ticket holders and children under the age of three (3) are not required to have a ticket.

Where is Sounders Fan Fest?

Sounders Fan Fest will be held at Sounders FC’s new state-of-the-art facility, the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse (1901 Oakesdale Ave SW, Renton WA 98057)

How do I RSVP for Sounders Fan Fest?

Season ticket members received an email from reply@fanmail.soundersfc.com to RSVP for Fan Fest. Please refer to your email associated with your season ticket membership to RSVP for the event. Once members have RSVP’d, tickets will automatically be loaded to your member account and can be accessed through your Sounders FC App or Ticketmaster account.

How much does it cost to attend fan fest?

Sounders Fan Fest is free for all Sounders season ticket members.

How many tickets can I reserve?

Each season ticket member will receive as many Fan Fest tickets as you have season tickets on your account. Children under the age of three (3) are not required to have a ticket.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets are transferable

What time is Fan Fest?

Fan Fest doors will open at 11:00 AM, please refer to the Fan Fest schedule for a full list of event activities and times.

Where do I park for Fan Fest?

Fans are encouraged to take public transportation when attending events at the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.

Sounder Train Service

  • The Sounder trains to Tukwila are a great option to get to the Providence Swedish Performance Center & Clubhouse. Check out the Sound Transit trip planner for details. (The Tukwila stop is a 6 minute walk to the Providence Swedish Performance Center & Clubhouse)
  • If you utilize the Sounder train or Link Light Rail services, remember to stay safe around the tracks.

King County Metro Bus

  • The King County Metro Bus service can take you within a two minute walk of The Providence Swedish Performance Center & Clubhouse. Get more details here.

Car Parking

  • Parking is available in the South Parking Lot of the building (1901 Oakesdale Ave SW, Renton WA 98057). Please follow the wayfinding signs and access the south lot by turning at the traffic light located along Oakesdale Avenue. Parking is not available on the north end of the building. Please be aware of any reserved spaces, no-parking zones or handicap parking. Overflow parking is available at the at the Kaiser Permanente Renton Administration Building (1200 SW 27th Street, Renton WA 98057)

Entry

  • Attendees must present one (1) Sounders Fan Fest ticket per person. Children age three (3) and under are not required to have a ticket. Bag policy will align with the Lumen Field Clear Bag policy. Guests may bring clear bags, small clutches, small purses or small wallets. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry to the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse campus.

Are you able to re-enter the event?

Re-entry to the event is permitted as long as you have a valid ticket to the event.

Are the activities at Sounders Fan Fest free?

All activities at Sounders Fan Fest are free. Attendees must pre-register for Autographs Booths and Photograph Booths. All other activities are available on a first come first served basis. For a full list of Fan Fest activities, visit SoundersFC.com/fan-fest.

What players will attend Sounders Fan Fest?

The list of players attending Sounders Fan Fest will be posted online at Soundersfc.com/Fan-Fest. Most Sounders and Defiance players will be in attendance at this year’s event.

What is an “autograph session?”

Autograph sessions give fans the opportunity to receive autographs from Sounders and Defiance players. Fans are required to pre-register for autograph sessions. A limit of 75 accounts will be permitted to RSVP per autograph session. Fans are permitted to receive one (1) autograph per account at an autograph session. Personalized autographs will not be permitted at Sounders Fan Fest. To see a list of players signing during each autograph period, visit the Autograph station area 15 minutes before the session.

What is a “photograph session?”

Photograph sessions give fans the opportunity to take photos with their favorite Sounders and Defiance player(s). Fans must pre-register for photograph stations and each photograph session is limited to 50 accounts per session. Fans are limited to one photo per account and fans must bring their personal camera/phone to take the photos. Autographs are not permitted at photograph stations. To see a list of players signing during each photograph period, visit the Photograph station area 15 minutes before the session.

How do I ask a question at the Annual Business Meeting?

Attend the Annual Business Meeting from 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM at the Main stage tent. Submit questions by writing your question down on a notecard in the Main stage tent. Questions will be answered live by the Sounders executive team. Any questions which are not answered live will be answered at a future date. Not able to attend the Annual Business Meeting? How do I participate in the On-field activities?

On-field activities are available for fans of all ages. All participants in on-field activities must complete a waiver to receive a wristband to participate. Fans will be able to scan a QR code to complete a waiver, OR fans can sign a physical copy of the waiver at the event. Please show a copy of your completed waiver to the staff to receive a wristband.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No outside food is permitted unless it is required for a medical condition or families with small children. Beverages in a factory sealed water bottle are permitted. Sounders Fan Fest will have locally owned BIPOC and diverse-owned food trucks available to purchase food. The food trucks will be located inside the event near the interactive soccer pitch and the RAVE soccer pitch.

Are animals permitted at Sounders Fan Fest?

The Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse permits service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities. All other animals are prohibited.

Do you have an accessibility need or disability that requires reasonable accommodation to access our facility, or fully participate in the event you are attending?

Please send accommodation requests to Facility@SoundersFC.com a minimum of two (2) days in advance of the event for arrangements to be made.

Are strollers allowed at Sounders Fan Fest?

Strollers are allowed at the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse. Strollers are not available to rent at the event. Strollers are not permitted on the interactive soccer pitch and the RAVE pitch.

Are wheelchairs available to rent at Sounders Fan Fest?

Wheelchairs are not available to rent.

Is there a coat check?

There is not a coat check available at the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.

Can I bring my drone?

The use of drones is prohibited at The Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.

Sounders Fan Code of Conduct

Major League Soccer and Sounders FC management are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting Lumen Field and Sounders FC events. We are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. The facility’s staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans
  • Conduct that is illegal
  • Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property
  • Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation
  • Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action
  • Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential
  • Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items
  • Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers and confetti
  • Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures
  • Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands
  • Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances
  • Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Tailgating is not permitted
  • Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game

Each guest should be ready to display their ticket to Sounders staff upon request to verify entry. Season Members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and/or persons utilizing their ticket in their absence.

Prohibited Items

Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and all Sounders FC sanctioned events do not allow the following items. Please note all items are subject to search:

  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers including pepper spray and sunscreen
  • Alcohol: bottles, cans, airplane bottles, zip-loc bags, shooters, flasks
  • Animals (Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed)
  • Bags or cases larger than 4.5x6.5 inches that are not clear. For more information, visit our Clear Bag Policy page.
  • Balls/Frisbee
  • Banners and Signs larger than 3 feet by 5 feet and poles larger than 3.5 feet
  • Battery operated heated blankets, jackets, etc.
  • Glass or metal bottles
  • Cans
  • Camera lenses larger than 200 mm and tripods
  • Coolers/Ice Chests
  • Drones-unmanned aerial systems (UAS)
  • Illegal drugs or harmful substances
  • Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics
  • Flammable Liquids
  • Food that is larger than single serve not in a clear bag
  • Glass Containers
  • Laptops (tablets without a case are permitted)
  • Laser Pens/Pointers
  • Large batteries
  • Motorcycle helmets
  • Nail clippers and file
  • Noisemakers, including, but not limited to whistles, horns and vuvuzelas
  • Seat backs/cushions with zippers, pockets or storage compartments
  • Selfie sticks
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, and any other non-medically prescribed wheeled device (skateboarding and/or rollerblading on property surrounding Lumen Field is strictly prohibited)
  • Stools or any other equipment used to stand on
  • Streamers/confetti
  • Smoking of any kind, including, but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, weed, vape pens, and smokeless tobacco
  • Umbrellas are permitted if they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of match
  • Weapons, including but not limited to, guns, knives, pepper spray, brass knuckles, loose batteries, wires, box cutters
  • Any items deemed by management to be inappropriate that may disrupt other fan’s enjoyment of the game.
  • Smoking/Tobacco
  • In compliance with state law (RCW 70.160), smoking of any kind is prohibited in all areas of the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.
