2023 (Tacoma Defiance): Hawkins had his best year as a professional, starting 20 of 22 appearances, scoring one goal against Colorado Rapids 2 on June 18. He also played all 90 minutes in both of Tacoma’s playoff matches, being signed to the First Team on September 13.
2022 (Tacoma Defiance): Hawkins started all four of his appearances for Defiance in 2022, recording four interceptions. In the four matches Hawkins started, Tacoma only conceded one goal.
Hawkins has represented both the U-16 and U-17 U.S. Youth Men’s National Team, most recently playing in the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia where he started three of four appearances.

Hawkins played in the Sounders Academy prior to joining Defiance. He joined Sounders FC’s development program at the age of 12 in the Sounders Discovery Program. Hawkins was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2022 U-17 Generation Adidas Cup, which the Sounders FC Academy won over Tigres UNAL. He was also named a MLS NEXT All-Star in both 2022 and 2023.
