The Seattle Sounders are visiting Minnesota United on Saturday in their second and final meeting of the regular season. Here is everything you need to know:

WHEN AND WHERE: Kickoff is at 3:45 p.m. PT at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minn.

WHERE TO WATCH: The match will be available to watch on FOX and will stream for FREE on Apple TV.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS: This will be the third meeting between these teams in two months with the Sounders winning both contests 2-0. Seattle defeated Minnesota at Lumen Field on June 15 in MLS play before running it back on July 26 on Matchday 1 of the Leagues Cup group stage.

HOME STRETCH: This weekend kicks off the final quarter of the MLS regular season with everything to play for. Just five points separate fifth and ninth place in the Western Conference table.

DYNAMIC DUO: Sounders attackers Jordan Morris and Paul Rothrock scored in each of the two wins over the Loons this season.

SOUNDERS SUCCESS: It’s been one-way traffic for Seattle in this series since Minnesota entered MLS in 2017. The Sounders are a combined 14-1-2 against the Loons in all competitions.

LONG BREAK: After failing to advance out of the Leagues Cup group stage, Minnesota has not played since July 30 in a 1-0 win over Liga MX’s Club Necaxa on Matchday 2.

LINEUP REFRESH: The Loons added five new players since their last match, led by Designated Player forward Kelvin Yeboah, who joined from Serie A side Genoa. Minnesota also signed winger Joaquín Pereyra and defenders Anthony Markanich, Matúš Kmet’ and Jefferson Diaz.

PLAYER TO WATCH: Robin Lod, M

Lod has quietly been one of the better players in MLS over the last few seasons and is the talisman in this Loons attack. The Finnish international has six goals and a team-high 11 assists this year.
